How it works
- Map it. A Rigging audit: which tools you use, what you check every morning, and what you wish you'd known sooner.
- Build it. I connect your systems, using read-only access wherever they allow it, then build the dashboard and set up the alerts. Days, not months.
- Run it. It runs in your own Cloudflare account and checks its own connections. There's no monthly fee from me.
What it can connect
- Money: Xero, MYOB, Stripe, Shopify.
- Bookings and jobs: Cliniko, ServiceM8, Calendly.
- Team and email: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Deputy, Slack.
- Websites and hosting: uptime, SSL expiry, cPanel/WHM.
If a tool has an API, it can usually be connected. If it doesn't, I'll tell you upfront rather than after you've paid.
Alerts, not just charts
Off-the-shelf dashboard tools are good at charts. Bridge is built around what needs doing: an invoice that's overdue, a gap in tomorrow's bookings, a website that's gone down, a server running out of disk. When something needs you, it tells you by email, Slack or Teams, even when nobody has the dashboard open.
A live example: SMD
SMD, a server monitoring dashboard, runs the day for a hosting operation of cPanel and GridPane servers serving hundreds of client websites. Server health, Slack alerts and email delivery problems sit on one screen, and it alerts the team when a server goes red. It's designed around what actually goes wrong on a busy morning, not around pretty charts.

Secure and yours
Bridge runs serverless on Cloudflare, deployed into your own Cloudflare account. Your keys are stored as encrypted secrets in your account, never in mine. Sign-in uses Cloudflare Access, and read-only access is used wherever a system allows it. You own the code, so you're never locked in.
What's included
The Rigging audit maps your systems and what you need to see, then you get a fixed price for the build. Setup covers the connected systems, the dashboard and alerts.
No monthly fee. Vendors change their systems from time to time. When that breaks a connection, Bridge alerts us both, I tell you how long the fix will take, and once you approve it, I fix it at my standard support rate. Most fixes take an hour or two.
Bridge runs in your own Cloudflare account on Cloudflare's paid Workers plan (US$5 a month), which you pay directly to Cloudflare. That's the only running cost.
Questions
How is this different from Power BI or Databox?
Those are reporting tools you set up and maintain yourself, and they're strongest with charts. Bridge is built for you, focuses on what needs action, and alerts you. If a reporting tool suits you better, I'll say so.
Do you need access to my systems?
Only what the dashboard needs, read-only wherever possible. Keys stay in your own Cloudflare account and you can revoke them at any time.
What if a tool changes or I switch tools?
If a vendor change breaks a connection, Bridge alerts us both and I fix it at my support rate once you approve the time. Swapping a tool out is quoted as a small project.
