SMD: server monitoring dashboard
An operations dashboard built for a hosting fleet of cPanel and GridPane servers serving hundreds of client websites. Before it, the day was spread across WHM, GridPane, Slack channels and the email provider. Now it's one screen.
- Server health at a glance: load, disk, accounts near quota and service status, with a colour for each server.
- Alerts in one place: Slack alert channels (cPanel, GridPane, WHMCS, uptime tools) pulled together and marked read across devices.
- Email delivery problems (bounces and suppressions) surfaced before clients notice.
- Notifications when a server goes red.

RC Driver Stats
A live product that turns RC car clubs' race results into stats websites: driver profiles, lap records, championship standings and title predictions. Founded and built from scratch in 2026, and the proof of what a custom system can do: it runs as a Shipshape Labs product.
- Fully serverless on Cloudflare Workers, running within the free plan.
- Imports results every minute within a strict CPU budget, with retries and history backfill. Caching cut reads on the busiest query by about 95%.
- Championship scoring with count-back tie-breaks checked against official results, plus Monte Carlo simulations of title chances.
- Security end to end: Cloudflare Access sign-in, a strict content security policy, CSRF protection, bot checks and rate limiting, with an automated test suite.

Our Village Allied Health
A community speech pathology practice serving Brisbane's south and the Gold Coast needed a professional website that families could find and trust.
- Built and launched in days in October 2026.
- Static site on Cloudflare, deployed automatically from GitHub into the practice's own Cloudflare account, so they own it outright.
- Nothing to patch: no updates, no plugins, no server.
- Contact form with the email address hidden from spam bots, tested end to end.
