How the audit works
It's all done remotely, so it fits around your business and works wherever you are in Australia.
- Questionnaire. Which tools you use, who does what, and where the hours disappear. You give me read-only access to the key systems.
- Screen-share session, 2 to 3 hours. You and your team show me how the real work gets done: how an enquiry becomes a booking, how month-end happens. It's recorded so nothing gets missed.
- Report and walkthrough. A prioritised list of what to automate, with the effort, the time saved and a fixed price for each item, then a 30-minute call to go through it.
What gets automated
- Moving data between systems that don't talk to each other (bookings, invoicing, CRM, spreadsheets).
- Enquiry handling: sorting, replying, and routing to the right person.
- Documents and quotes generated from data you already have.
- Reports that build themselves instead of taking an afternoon.
- AI automation for small business tasks where it's reliable, such as summarising, drafting and classifying, always with a person checking what matters.
Automation builds are usually $2,500 to $10,000 per workflow, quoted at a fixed price after the audit.
What you end up with
The audit decides the build. It's usually one of three things:
- Automation: the copy-paste, chasing and double entry handled for you, quietly, in the background.

- A custom system: when nothing off the shelf fits, a purpose-built app that runs serverless and costs little to keep running.
Results

- RC Driver Stats: a custom platform that imports RC racing clubs' results every minute and turns them into stats sites with driver profiles, records and championship predictions. Fully serverless, running on Cloudflare's free plan.
Your data stays safe
I use read-only access wherever possible and can sign a simple NDA before the audit. Sensitive information on screen during the session stays between us.
Questions
Do you come on site?
No. The audit is fully remote, by questionnaire and screen share. It's faster, cheaper and just as thorough.
Do I need to use AI?
No. Plenty of the best automation is plain and predictable. AI is used only where it does a job well and safely.
What if I don't go ahead after the audit?
You keep the report and can use it however you like, including with someone else.
